Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, we cannot guarantee adjustments, but you may return your order for a refund once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Processing takes 1–3 business days, and orders ship the following business day. Please allow extra time during holidays or sale periods.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders normally take 1–2 weeks to arrive. Due to high demand, orders may take between 2–4 weeks to arrive. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices listed are tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, you may be required to pay import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.

If you receive an item that is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days once processed. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or card provider.
